I think I do not fully understand your problem. Does your inbox (and the
other folders) work, or doesn't it work?

You can specify the accounts "home" directory in the account properties. If
I were you, I'd try to "clear" the folder's path setting so that it reads
<default> again, then adjust the path in the account properties.

Maybe you can then copy the files from the old location to the new location
with explorer (while TB is not running).

Since I switched partitions too some time ago and experienced no problems,
here's what I did: made a backup of the old TB installation, uninstalled
the program, made a clean re-install in the new location, restored the
backup. Worked without any problems, no pathes are messed up (at least none
that I am aware of *grin*).
