Hello Alexander,
ASK> I think I do not fully understand your problem. Does your inbox (and the ASK> other folders) work, or doesn't it work? sorry the problem is really not easy to describe for me but I'll try a little harder in that case :) yeah all is running without problem as long as i have a D:\ volume connected to my computer (at the moment i use a virtual volume so that i can have the mails at last on the same drive) and the strange thing is that for example 'Sent Mail' on first mail account is on the C: partition with all the other system files ACCOUNT.CFG, and so on but the other files are on D:, and on the other hand in the second account with troubles all is on c: except the Inbox ASK> You can specify the accounts "home" directory in the account properties. If ASK> I were you, I'd try to "clear" the folder's path setting so that it reads ASK> <default> again, then adjust the path in the account properties. I try that but it only work on the global layer or on the folders with the right path, when i try this on the Folders with the wrong path i cannot click on those buttons because the are not clickable ASK> Maybe you can then copy the files from the old location to the new location ASK> with explorer (while TB is not running). I try it but the bat then ignores this folders and make a new empty folder on the old location ;( ASK> Since I switched partitions too some time ago and experienced no problems, ASK> here's what I did: made a backup of the old TB installation, uninstalled ASK> the program, made a clean re-install in the new location, restored the ASK> backup. Worked without any problems, no pathes are messed up (at least none ASK> that I am aware of *grin*). the same here i used also a tool to backup the registry keys and for 90% of my folders it works fine, but with a hand full of my folders I have a problem and it seems that no one knows exactly why the bat sometimes don't get it right, i read from some people with this error but never heard from someone witch hat a solution to this ;( have a great time adrian ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.00.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
