Hello Adrian! On Saturday, October 02, 2004, 12:45 PM, you wrote, in part:

You won my heart immediately with that. I am a completely non-technical person--everything I know about computers that is useful, I have learned on TB! lists. I first ran The Bat! on Win95, on a 2.99 GB HD, with 32 MB of RAM. Even now, I would not try to deal with partitioning. :( The thing is, that a lot of the best people--Alexander S. Kunz's peers and better, the Bat's programmers themselves--are right now reading only tbbeta, so far as I can tell. The list is somewhat slow right now. Go ahead and cross-post. Tell them Trill sent you. :) AA> - I was not sure for myself if that was a beta problem or not, but AA> think its really just a non beta problem, so i hope that here has AA> someone a solution for it - but as said before, because its so AA> uncommon, its not worth much haste for finding it, when only .1% AA> has this error. It's a problem with getting 3.x properly installed. I don't think it's off-topic too far for the beta list. Start out with your praise of 3.0. It was music to my ears. -- Best regards, Mary :Trill: The Bat! 3.0.1 RC3 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.00.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
