This is the recurrent response that can't really be argued:

problem, though it's one.

This is usually what holds us to the 'evil' we know and is the main
basis for a resistance to change even though it may be one that will
likely be to our overall advantage. :)

However, just as you'd tell someone that taking the time to learn and
create a couple templates in TB! would save a lot of manual workings
with identities and stuff, they'd likely ask why, since the few manual
changes doesn't amount to a big problem. However, we know which is more
efficient and less of a headache.

For what you do, if you're accustomed to IMAP, you'll not look back and
will be singing my tune. :)

Of course, my last comment has the proviso of your having broadband
connectivity.
