I wasn't born to review about 700 SPAM email daily to see if one is
erroneously flagged, at least that is what my mom told me before leaving
the hospital ;)

Aside of that, if the "important" email is rejected by my server, the
sender will receive the rejection error message and can act in
consequence. It has happened.

I also hate my ISP (or anyone) deciding for me. That is why I have my
different domains and add my own SMTP/POP server sitting a couple of
meter away from me.

Don't use it, AFAIK it's not mandatory. But I like it and use some of
the most 'serious' and reliable DNSbls. Your choice is yours and mine is
mine :)
