Hi Joe, Thursday, October 26, 2006, 11:40:06 AM, you wrote: J> But you've made me change direction, that's for sure. There's no way J> I want to go through all that. Well, that wasn't my intention in all that verbiage. What I described is the "normal" process of problem solving in a tech center. Most problems are resolved in the first few troubleshooting steps, so many of them are resolved on the first call and in only a few minutes. However, your strategy of seeing whether the problem goes away or gets worse isn't a bad one. As Alexander says in his response to your message, it may clear up on its own, and since it seems to be occurring only with one contact, it won't totally disable your ability to use The Bat! Good luck in any event.
Thanks, Perry! I found a penny today in the parking lot, so maybe that's a good sign? -- Joe ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.85.03 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
