TheBat IMAP _is_ a troubleshooting issue to begin with. Even the developers admit that the system is rotten from the core, meaning they can't work to fix it, but need to exchange it completely. If you define "troubleshooting issue" as "workaround to use it", then I apologize and agree that there aren't any.
