That's why I brought it up for discussion. Without a defined purpose,
there's no point in, well, anything really.

I'll toss out a stab at a purpose for the wiki... a vehicle for
trapping commonly asked questions and their answers, a reference
library of notable info that's been passed along through this list, a
means of collaborating on topics that are too unruly for a listserv -
such as defining methodologies and forming consensus for
certification.
