There are wikis without edit buttons ;-) Those are typically "closed"
wikis...readers don't get to make any edits, just employees. For
example, see http://opensource.adobe.com, which is the wiki that Adobe
developers use for their source libraries.

For a different kind of wiki, check out SwarmSketch at
http://swarmsketch.com. The goal is to create a weekly sketch, one
line at a time. (Nothing to do with tech writing, but it's cool :-) )
