As long as your Frame files don't contain hundreds of large images, I'd 
recommend going to linked images. It makes the Frame files smaller 
which makes Frame not freak out as much. (I especially hated the 
"memory could not be referenced / Frame must quit" error!) Pasted 
images always result in a degraded image quality because of inherent 
conversion to WWM format (8-bit?). I found this out when attempting to 
copy and paste images with a gradient. Huh uh. No can do.

And while standardizing image treatment isn't high on any TW's list, 
when you have some downtime, it's a great thing to do. Doing so will 
eliminate one more exception that you have to remember or write down 
somewhere.
