The thought that comes to my mind is localization---if the doc is
being translated, setting up a system on a foreign OS, populating it
with appropriate test information, and then taking the screenshot can
be very time-consuming. Where I work this is such an elaborate process
I have taken an English screenshot and Photoshopped it into the
foreign language because it actually takes less time.
