Actually, I see people walk up to a drive up ATM all the time.  I admit
I've never seen a blind person walk up to one and I hope never to see a
blind person drive up to an ATM.

I was thinking the same thing. It's like requiring Braille on drive-up
ATMs. Common sense has taken a beating the last 10 or 20 years in the
name of fairness and accessibility.
