Have you all found value in posting your resume on Monster, Dice, and other job boards? Have any of you posted with an aggregator, such as Indeed.com, rather than individually posting to the various job boards? Have you had any concerns or bad experiences posting personal data? For example, is it best to just use an e-mail address for contact purposes and leave off info like home phone number and address?
