So far, it seems people have had SOME good results from posting a resume
to job boards. And I'd kind of forgotten about the national STC job
board, so this was a good reminder. I see posting to job boards as
another means of exposure, in addition to the usual searches and
networking.

One direct response I got suggested creating a "throw-away" e-mail
address to assist with the influx of spam. I've created one of those.

My biggest concern is the amount of personal info Monster, Dice, and
Indeed request to create an account so you can post a resume. And
although there's a checkbox to request this info be hidden, I haven't
seen any policies about security/privacy. But so far from the responses
I've received, this doesn't seem to be an issue. Yes . . . no?
