A client that speaks FNP and talks directly to other people's nodes. 
Yeah, I guess that's kind of similar to running a transient node and then 
using a client to connect to it... except probably a little bit less 
resource-hungry! And it would help to discourage users from running a 
node that's only going to be running for a week or two before they get 
bored of it.
