Oh, and I strongly recommend against having an HVAC system on the same
(small) UPS as your other gear. HVAC motors cause a LOT of transient
noise and have a very high peak load when the compressor starts up. The
type of load is also of a nature that is different than computer load.
Your computers won't like this and you may see brown outs or dips in
current as the UPS tries to compensate for the load surges, plus the
noise will make your power supply less efficient and may lead to
"unexplained" equipment failures and shortened lifetime.
I could easily see you blowing your UPS circuit on startup of all the
machines and the HVAC after a power outage. Separate them.
