This caught me too - infact I had written an entire email on it before the 
pennry dropped.  There will be eight level 1 dumps between the level 0 
dumps (at 59 day intervals).  So the 10Gs written the day after the level 
0 will be caught in either level 1 dumps.

The rest of your email seems to imply that you got this but I decided to 
reply and spell it out for everyone anyway.

And minimising data storage - which is synonymous in the case of the OP.
