Hi Mary I think you're notified instantly under Window-Eyes when something becomes a heading. But I will test that and let you know. This is, however, good news. I now have sufficient information to make the document on which I am working more presentable. Incidentally, do the "Bullet" characters, ( • ) get verbalised under either Jaws or Window-Eyes, and for that matter do they appear as bullet characters under Windows and, therefore, in your Windows documents at all? If not, how does one go about creating bulleted lists under Microsoft Word 2010?
