things are getting scary around here. Dead, dead,...and more dead each
unsolderedforthat passes. Hope things are better for you guys in your resective areas. You might say,...that I am making a final stab at it. Beat Wally World at their own game, and undercut them by 50%. HO, ho,.HA, ha, HE, he,..... ;-)

Going with a fresh post on this one. I still can't find the problem. First thing, I found the resistors and diodes for the 13 (-/+) lines
badreplaced those and shorted
vertical IC. Then, I had raster that was red with retrace, found the RED video IC
