Yeah..they are that afraid...especially if it comes out of their pocket,;-)
I got a deal here with Boston Pizza. They have 3 X52"Toshibas mounted over
their Bar.'
The center TV has an intermittent problem. Been up there twice, and I saw
the problem. Told them to un-mount the TV, and bring it down to a Serving
Level.
I get a call from the Bar Tender last night, Hockey is on, and really need
someone to come up and fix the set. I told him I don't Service TV's at
11:45PM...hell,,I don't even drink at your Bar that late. I'm really
thinking of letting this Commercial stuff go. Boston Pizza only opened last
year, so their TV's are not that old, and even though they only have a 90
dayWarranty, and the owner finally realized this...hate to loose the
revenue.

Trouble there is...you talk to 5 or 6 different people, and no one knows
what is going on. I suspect Toshiba will call me in the next few days, and
ask me why I haven't taken care of the problem.
