Had a guy call wants me to check his set tomorrow. He said screen is real bright, won't adjust, and has little lines through it. I assume he means retrace lines. It's a 36" and I hate to have to pull it in here. Any tips on this problem? I'd like to be able to just do it there and get paid and get out.
