Thanks Garth. I did not see them this morning when I pulled down the files. My issue last week, and hopefully this is fixed now, is after a eNB reboot the GPS will not init and therefore no S1. However rebooting the EPC will bring the GPS online and S1 up. I have done this about 6 times in the last week and it works everytime.
