Same here, seeing UE increase of 4-5 CINR on 2 of the eNBs.  One one eNB, I
was unable to see any change in the CINR (I was thinking 2 of the ports
were not pulled in), but after a visual check all 4 ports are connected.  I
am going to monitor the CINRs closer with that eNB.
