I didn't try under MSWin; I don't have the Distiller.

To install the fonts and use them with dvipdfm under Linux was easy
and gives
nice scores: I can't reproduce the problems with the horizontal
beams. However, I did not succeed with pstill from the ps-files,
but I did not try hard, since dvipdfm works.
