Most of the questions i get from downloaders are very simple. They ask i.e. how to get
the second
page out of the .png preview.

The info i give is the link to
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/

with the line to download:

See Obtaining GSview 4.0 and Obtaining AFPL Ghostscript 7.00.

On a postscript file in the ickingsite, i do a rightclick and 'save as..'
Then i doubleclick on the .ps.gz , it opens in winzip and then i doubleclick on the
file and it
opens in gsview.

For installing gsview/ghostscript you can direct the downloaders to the people with
windows. I am
willing to help, if i can.
