A couple friends have helped me get SuSE 7.2 Pro installed, but in general I haven't the foggiest how to configure it or do much of anything useful on it, including run TeX at all, much less MusiXTeX. I guess on any system you don't already know it takes a while to get going. I'm trying to slog through the manuals and help, but this is slow-going and spare time is not abundant...
