I've uploaded a new version to http://icking-music-archive.org/software/pmx/pmx2512.zip .
The only change is that I've enabled multiplicity down-up "][" within xtuplets, based on a suggestion from Andre. It ended up being fairly easy; I only had to enable the input parsing and immediate flag-setting within the xtuplet input code blocks for the first and second passes, but otherwise no new programming. In the process I stumbled across ancient artifacts in the source file indicating that some prior civilization had tried to do exactly this, but the lines were commented out. I have decided not attack Andre's other suggestion, which was to allow xtuplets to jump staves. The reason is because of the restrictions on rests in xtuplets. Whenever there's a staff-jumping beam, you normally have to fill in the missing notes in BOTH voices with rests. To remove the restrictions on rests in xtuplets would require LOTS of work. --Don Simons _______________________________________________ TeX-music mailing list [email protected] http://icking-music-archive.org/mailman/listinfo/tex-music
