CULTURAL QA 05-2024-02A

Q1 When Karna asked Shri Krishna, “What was my fault?”, what was
Shree Krishna's answer to that?

KR A good extract; but badly framed Dina thanthi style question.
Karna is this if summed up:” Karna, the dark hero of the Mahabharata, is a
character of great complexity and depth. His story is filled with moral
lessons and philosophical questions that force us to confront the shades of
grey in human nature. Karna's life journey presents important moral
lessons, such as the value of truth and transparency in relationships.
Through Kunti's decision to hide his identity, we learn the consequences of
withholding information and the importance of honesty. Karna's unwavering
loyalty to Duryodhana also teaches us about the power of friendship and the
complexities of loyalty, even in the face of moral conflicts. At a deeper
level, Karna's story raises profound philosophical questions. It challenges
our understanding of social hierarchies and prejudices, forcing us to
confront the moral implications of discriminating against individuals based
on their birth or social status. Karna's resilience and self-worth, despite
facing abandonment and societal scorn, prompt us to reflect on the nature
of identity and the factors that contribute to our sense of self. The
concept of fate and free will is also explored through Karna's tragic
destiny. We are prompted to question the extent to which individuals can
alter their destinies and the role of agency in shaping one's life. This
leads us to contemplate the balance between predestination and personal
choice. In summary, Karna's character embodies the complexities and
contradictions of human nature. As the dark hero of the Mahabharata, his
story imparts moral lessons about truth, loyalty, and honesty. It also
raises philosophical questions about social hierarchies, personal identity,
and the interplay between fate and free will. Through Karna's journey, we
are compelled to examine our own beliefs, values, and actions, and to
confront the shades of grey that exist within each of us. His story serves
as a reminder that heroism and morality are not always black and white, but
rather exist in the complex realm of human existence. NEVER EVER HE
EXPRESSED HIS EMOTIONS AT AALL.

Q2 How do scientists know that the Y chromosome formed 180
million years ago?

KR DNA study takes minimum 3 year course but revelation by silk
Road in Generali is erroneous.

I NOT all species have a Y chromosome or a sex determination system
similar to that of mammals. The existence of sex chromosomes and their role
in determining sex varies widely among different groups of organisms.

In many mammals, including humans, sex determination is based on the
presence or absence of specific sex chromosomes. Typically, females have
two X chromosomes (XX), while males have one X and one Y chromosome (XY).
The Y chromosome carries genes responsible for male sex development.

However, in other animals, sex determination can be influenced by various
factors, including environmental conditions, social structure, or genetic
factors unrelated to sex chromosomes. For example:

1. *Birds*: Birds have a different system of sex determination compared
to mammals. In birds, females are the heterogametic sex (ZW), while males
are the homogametic sex (ZZ). The W chromosome is analogous to the Y
chromosome in mammals and determines female development.

2. *Reptiles*: Sex determination in reptiles can be influenced by
environmental factors such as temperature during egg incubation. Some
species have genetic sex determination, where sex is determined by specific
sex chromosomes, while others rely on environmental cues.

3. *Fish*: Fish exhibit a wide range of sex determination mechanisms,
including genetic sex determination with sex chromosomes (similar to
mammals) and environmental sex determination influenced by factors such as
temperature or social cues.

4. *Invertebrates*: Many invertebrates, such as insects and crustaceans,
have diverse mechanisms of sex determination, including genetic,
environmental, and even social factors. Some species lack sex chromosomes
altogether.

Overall, while the concept of sex chromosomes exists in many organisms, the
specific chromosomes involved and the mechanisms of sex determination can
vary significantly among different species.

II
The evolution of the Y chromosome is a fascinating aspect of genetics and
evolutionary biology. Here's an overview of the current understanding and
some theories regarding the evolution of the Y chromosome:

1. *Degeneration and Gene Loss*: One of the most well-known aspects of Y
chromosome evolution is its degeneration compared to the X chromosome. Over
time, the Y chromosome has lost many of the genes it originally shared with
the X chromosome. This process, known as Y chromosome degeneration, is
thought to have occurred due to reduced recombination between the X and Y
chromosomes during male meiosis. Without recombination to repair mutations
and remove deleterious alleles, the Y chromosome has accumulated mutations
and lost genes.

2. *Sex Determination*: The Y chromosome plays a crucial role in
determining male sex characteristics in mammals, including humans. It
contains the SRY (sex-determining region Y) gene, which triggers the
development of male gonads (testes) in embryos. The presence of the SRY
gene on the Y chromosome is believed to have been a key factor in the
differentiation of males and females during evolution.

3. *Evolutionary Arms Race*: Some researchers propose that the evolution
of the Y chromosome has been driven by an evolutionary arms race between
sexually antagonistic genes. As genes on the Y chromosome become
specialized for male-specific functions, they may experience selection
pressures that differ from those acting on genes shared by both sexes. This
could lead to rapid evolution and divergence of Y-linked genes.

4. *Y Chromosome Persistence*: Despite its degeneration, the Y chromosome
has persisted throughout evolution. One theory suggests that strong
selective pressures acting on genes involved in male fertility and
reproduction have maintained the Y chromosome's integrity. Genes essential
for sperm production and function are thought to be preserved on the Y
chromosome to ensure male fertility.

5. *Gene Conversion and Transposition*: Some mechanisms, such as gene
conversion and transposition, may have played roles in the evolution of the
Y chromosome. Gene conversion events between the X and Y chromosomes could
have facilitated the transfer of genes involved in male-specific functions
to the Y chromosome. Additionally, transposable elements (jumping genes)
may have contributed to the reshaping of the Y chromosome's structure and
gene content over time.

Overall, the evolution of the Y chromosome is a complex and dynamic process
shaped by various genetic, evolutionary, and selective forces. While much
progress has been made in understanding Y chromosome evolution, there is
still ongoing research to uncover the full extent of its evolutionary
history and significance.

III Now lets just guess era as determined by the writer cum

Gorilla only similarly, but it varied. BY MUTATIONS Y CHROMO MAY BECOME

CREATURES HAVE DIFFERENT STUCTURE; SO HUMAN EVOLUTION MUST BE OLDER THAN
50000 YRS BEFORE OR HUMAN LIVED DIRECT OLDER THAN SCIENCE CAN COMPUTE OR

Q3 KR Humour sense is variable and cannot be uniform.

Q4 Who was Hanuman's son? How did he come to the gatekeeper of
Hell?

KR I It seems like you're referring to "Makaradhwaja," which is a
substance in traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda). Makaradhwaja is
believed to be a complex preparation containing purified mercury (parada),
sulfur (gandhaka), and other herbal ingredients. It is highly revered in
Ayurveda for its potential therapeutic properties.

Makaradhwaja is prepared through a meticulous process of purification and
combination of ingredients, often following ancient texts and traditions.
It is believed to have rejuvenating and tonic effects on the body,
promoting vitality, strength, and overall well-being when used in
appropriate doses and under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic
practitioner.

However, it's essential to note that the use of mercury-based preparations
such as Makaradhwaja can be controversial due to concerns about potential
toxicity and safety risks if not prepared and administered properly. In
modern times, there is ongoing debate and research regarding the safety and
efficacy of such traditional remedies.

As with any herbal or alternative medicine, it's crucial to consult with a
qualified healthcare professional, preferably one experienced in Ayurvedic
medicine, before considering the use of Makaradwaja or any other Ayurvedic
remedy.

II Why I wrote I? Because there is nothing in any Vedic scripture but
only a folk tale of Rajasthan who in one clan claim as jetwas.

A1 Lakshmi Telidevara, Studying Vyasa Bharat again and again.2y

Karna never asked Krishna what was his fault.

There are three main instances where both Krishna and Karna interacted with
each other.

When Krishna asked Karna to join Pandavas in Udyoga Parva.

Here Karna just refused Krishna’s suggestion and even revealed his
premonition Of Pandava victory ahead. He did not question Krishna how was
he at fault...

2. Before the commencement of battle,in Bhishma Parva ,Krishna asked Karna
to join their side since anyway he is not going to fight for Kauravas till
Bhishma is in charge. Here also he did not question Krishna.

3. On 17 th day Karna asked Arjuna to wait till he pulls his chariot wheel
from the earth. Krishna gave a speech reminding him all his misdeeds. Then
also Karna did not question Krishna.. .

Sanjaya continued, 'Thus addressed, O Bharata, by Vasudeva, Karna hung down
his head in shame and gave no answer. With lips quivering in rage, he
raised his bow, O Bharata, and, being endued with great energy and prowess,
he continued to fight with Partha.

Section 91 Karna Parva

Karna was silent . He knew his participation in adharma based deeds done
towards Pandavas and then his share in humiliating Draupadi and finally
death of Abhimanyu. That was why he never questioned Krishna thus..“ What
was my fault?”

*Q2 How do scientists know that the Y chromosome formed 180
million years ago?*

A2 “Silk Road”, Studied at Generative Pre Training Feb 29

It's true that the Y chromosome diverged from the X chromosome about 180
million years ago, when mammals were just starting to evolve.

But it's not true that the Y chromosome was born at that time.

In fact, the Y chromosome is much older than that, and it used to be just
like any other chromosome.

You see, sex chromosomes are not fixed in nature.

They can change over time, depending on the evolutionary pressures and
mechanisms that shape them.

For example, some reptiles and fish use environmental cues, such as
temperature, to determine their sex.

Others have multiple sex chromosomes, such as the platypus, which has 10 of
them.

Some have no sex chromosomes at all, such as the banana slug, which is a
hermaphrodite.

The Y chromosome all started with a mutation.

A mutation that created a gene called SRY, which stands for sex-determining
region of Y.

This gene acts as a switch that triggers the development of male
characteristics in mammals.

Once this gene appeared, the X and Y chromosomes stopped recombining with
each other, and started to drift apart.

The Y chromosome lost most of its genes, and became specialized for
male-specific functions, such as spermatogenesis.

The X chromosome, on the other hand, kept most of its genes, and became the
default chromosome for females.

But the story doesn't end there.

The Y chromosome is not static, either. It's constantly evolving and
adapting to new challenges and opportunities.

The human Y chromosome has gained 41 new genes since it diverged from the
chimpanzee Y chromosome, about 6 million years ago.

These genes are involved in various aspects of male health and disease,
such as fertility, cancer, and immunity.

The Y chromosome also has a unique way of repairing itself, by using
palindromes - sequences of DNA that are the same forward and backward - to
prevent the accumulation of harmful mutations.

All in all, the Y chromosome is not a relic of the past, but a dynamic and
essential part of the present.

It's not going to disappear anytime soon, but it's also not going to stay
the same.

It's going to keep changing and evolving, just like everything else in
life.

*Q4 Who was Hanuman's son? How did he come to the gatekeeper of
Hell?*

A4 Vedic Meet, Lives in India (2020–present)Feb 7

Lord Hanuman is revered by a lot of people. He was a Bal Brahma Chari
(Celibate) and he followed the path of Brahmacharya (Celibacy) throughout
his life, yet Makardhwaj is called his son. According to Hindu mythology,
there are different interpretations of who Hanuman's son was and how he
became associated with the gatekeeper of Hell. Here is the real story:

How Makardhwaj Became Hanuman’s Son:

After burning the entire Lanka by his tail, Hanuman embarked on his way to
return.

He dived into the ocean to extinguish the flame on his tail.

Then a drop of Hanuman’s sweat dropped into the ocean.

This sweat drop was swallowed by a mythical creature called a "Makara," and
Makardhwaja was born as its offspring.

He was raised by Ahiravana, the demon king of the netherworld (Patala) and
brother of Ravana.

Some versions portray Makardhwaja as a loyal gatekeeper of Patala, while
others depict him as a fierce enemy of Rama and Hanuman.

How Makardhwaj became the gatekeeper of Hell:

According to Valmiki Ramayana, younger brother of Ravana, Ahi Ravana once
kept Shree Ram and Lakshman captive.

He kept them in the hell and assigned Makardhwaj to guard the gate of Hell.

In order to save Ram and Lakshman, Hanuman reached to Hell where he was
stopped by Makardhwaj.

After a fierce battle, Lord Hauman won ultimately.

However, he was amazed by Makardhwaj’s appearance.

He was a combination of a Vanar (Monkey) and a fish. Then, Hanuman asked
who he is.

He replied that he is Hanuman’s son*.*
