To me, it sort of seems that you're overstating Wonder Woman's abilities and understating Iceman's. I know that WW has done crazy stuff with her lasso, bracers, and all; but I probably wouldn't try to use any non-standard uses of her magical equipment as examples of standard stuff she can do, especially if it was a one-time thing.
Iceman, at the peak of his abilities, has complete control over his structure. I'm not really sure what Wonder Woman can do against that.
