I like the idea.  I think it's ambitious and interesting. The execution is ugly 
as all hell. The peeling D is just dumb. D for dumb.  Like, what does it look 
like if you push the flap back up?  Regardless, I do not retract my "anything 
but the spin" statement. This is ugly but has potential, the "spin" was just 
ugly.  Both are way off.

The custom branding is an interesting move.  But I don't know if this
route makes a lot of sense.  There's specialty logos for Flash and
Green Lantern; does this mean every New 52 book gets a specialty
logo?  If everything is customized, is there really any unity?
