I bought a battery for my T61 from powercell-uk on eBay. They have
prices not too much above those of the Chinese sellers, but ship from
the UK which means you get it quicker and returns are easier.
The battery failed after 6 months (which is always a possibility with
a cheap third party battery), however there was no problem returning
it for a replacement. The replacement reports its design capacity as
somewhat less than advertised, but apart from that is still going
strong.
Thanks for the recommendation i have found them on ebay.
I did find the seller that sold a x30 battery a year ago which still
works fine sadly they dont have any t60 batteries in stock. The seller was

just in case there are other uk residents on here.
