I was afraid of such things to come when Big Blue sold off our beloved Thinkers. Great, for my last two laptop purchases, my employer was urging me to go with the Panasonic Toughbook because of the nature of my work but I "stuck to my guns" and my beloved Thinkpads. My reasons for customer loyalty are getting narrowed down each year it would seem.
