This is one problem that I have with TB3. The add new account option
display to users when they don't the tools path doesn't take in
account Webmail existence. If user are not aware of having to set up
the Webmail account through the view account settings or by going
through the tools options, they inadvertently setup a pop3 or imap
account. If they use the tools, accounts settings path then they are
lead down the correct path of setting their accounts. either way the
server will localhost and on rare occasions 127.0.0.1.

May when they release a new version they incorporate the Webmail back
in the section of the program. A well written user manual added to TB
instead just trying to use the knowledge database to answer to new or
occasional user questions. I would think most users are more familiar
with the use a table of contents style system. This would be simple to
incorporate by a help section explaining use of each menu item in
detail with point and click functions to easily select the related
sections.
