Chris, you and Alan have given clear guidance on moving Hotmail
messages around. I decided to have a play but got stuck almost
straight away. I cannot locate a line X-Folder:xxxxxx in View
message. I assume I am looking for X-Folder, not X-name of folder.
Not that I can find either in the various messages I have tried. I
have a number of folders in my Hotmail and have largely similar ones
in Tbird but had cleaned out the filters in Hotmail - see my post of 8
Jan. So I tried again, setting a new Hotmail filter, and sent a
message to myself (from a different acount) that contained the filter
characteristic. It ended up in the correct Hotmail folder, but didn't
reach Tbird (actually I hadn't expected it to). Before I play some
more with this I would welcome a bit more of your help.
Thanks
Sandy
