Er, how would I determine if a particular problem is browser
dependent? In any event, I thoroughly save, then reload/refresh. So
I'm not writing over something that hasn't been saved in the other
browser. The only reason I even bother with IE is because things
aren't quite working in FF. I'm not a fan of IE, but there are
services that only work with it, so you need it sometimes. In this
case, until I closed out the FF browser, I could not delete tiddlers
-- so had to open the file up in IE, where I could delete tiddlers.

Maybe I'm not using the right terminology. If you edit a tiddler in TW
Notes or No Brainer, there are several editing buttons. One of these
says "File". Its supposed to bring in a text file. The other is called
"Image". Its supposed to create a link to an image file. The "File"
button is broken for both IE and FF. The Image button works in IE, but
it creates a tag that FF doesn't understand. Adding "file:///" to the
link created makes a universal image link that can be understood in
both browsers.

Well, restarting my browser did help the delete thing. I remember now
that occasionally I have to restart the browser with TW in it (even
with my basic TW) in order to get delete to work.

I do plan to update firefox.

Thanks,
Mark
