Only realized this bug when I opened it with FF3.5. It works with IE,
Opera and FF2.0.

Till I'll find a solution for FF3 I circumvent this bug by using a the
inline styled MainMenu tiddler with hidden backgrounds.
However, the title, main toolbar commands and the resize handle are
still there, just not that obviously and somewhere below the MainMenu.
This way this floating version of the MainMenu can be dragged,
resized, collapsed closed and opened via the 'restore layout' command
in the right side bar too. Only for editing it I need a TidIDE
Bookmarklet.

Actually made this template for a lot of content with even more
groupings. But yes, would be nice if there would be a way to hide
empty ones.
