Only now I understand your last question really. There is a hidden div between the MainMenu and the tiddler display area which can be made visible by clicking the second dot in the top menu. For toggling I used simplest html scripts to avoid dependency to any plugins (obsolete now, since Eric updated all his toggling script to eliminate their dependency to InlineJavascriptPlugin with much additional functionality, like storing their state in cookies).
