Mohammed,

I don't think there would be any such marker within the tiddler text being 
scanned for potential links. Part of the appeal of this plug-in, if it's 
possible, is to allow both tiddler text and tiddler titles to be written in 
natural language as much as possible. 

Also, sometimes I'm creating a tiddler just to paste in a whole paragraph 
that someone else has written, so it's not as easy as just typing +word 
rather than word, even if I could memorize exactly which tiddlers I 
currently have.
