I don't recommend doing it this way, as it will bypass any updates that I make to the code. Instead, install http://tiddlytools.com/InsideTW/#TiddlyTools%2FReadOnly%2FStylesheet, which defines the .readertools and .authortools CSS classes. Note: the default is .authortools mode, which permits drag-and-drop, and also displays the "more" menu when you hover over a TOC item.
