Right. Many, many people can have the coronavirus and its a mild cold and they recover. This is why detection is difficult, you can't screen everyone everywhere. What you gonna do? Impose martial law everywhere? In Northern Italy, in my area, many towns are "locked-down" and people cannot work or leave. It is leading to social unrest and economic problems.
