At its new but maybe temporary home 
at https://carbocommander.tiddlyhost.com/ , there is now a "save" button 
after each nutrient total. Click the "save" and the nutrient quantity will 
be saved in a field with structure

acc-<nutrient>

Hopefully this will allow you to adapt it to dynamic tables.
