Yep. Just ran into this one myself, very frustrating (as a new user). My take, and the group can please correct me if I'm wrong, as I can't get it to work either, is that the file must be local. So, for example, on win 7, chrome, if I backstage / import / http://tiddlytools.com/#calendarplugin / open, I consistently get 'error getting list of tiddlers, click cancel to try again.' And, of course, clicking cancel wipes out the url - REALLY ANNOYING. What would really help here is if the pre-defined feed list had at least one entry in it by default, so we could see the nature of a successful entry. In the mean time, http://tiddlywiki.org/wiki/Plugin_Installation. (I think this was the excellent page I ultimately ended up using.) Since I couldn't dig up the links above immediately, I did find the same and concise instructions at http://tiddlywiki.com/, InstallingPlugins tiddler, and also (as referenced there) ManuallyInstallIngPlugins Have your tw file open in one tab. In another tab, having found a plugin you like - double click the title of that plugin. Copy the plugin name (e.g. right-click copy), on the original tw tab, start a new tiddler, paste in the name. Repeat for the body and tags of the plugin.Done the tiddler, save your file, reload / refresh the page, and you should be good to go. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
