The ability to use a "permalink" to filter the list of tiddlers to import is a feature of TiddlyTools' ImportTiddlerPlugin, but is NOT supported by the TW Core built-in importer, which only provides basic importing functionality. When using the built-in importer, you need to omit the "#calendarplugin" portion of the URL, and then, once the list of tiddlers in that document is displayed, select the CalendarPlugin checkbox, scroll down to the bottom, and press "import".
