Exactly as Eric says.
However adding http://tiddlytools.com/#foo on Safari will import the
entire of tiddlytools (not just the tiddler foo)
However this doesn't seem to work in Chrome.

So if you want to import calendarplugin use Safari/Firefox to import
the entire of TiddlyTools, select the CalendarPlugin from the list of
tiddlers available to import and that should work.
