Thanks Stephan Hradek and DagNabIt Birthe is right it did the same for me.

I changed it to an internal link
TW Hangouts <$link to="TiddlyWiki">Powered by ~TiddlyWiki
<<version>></$link>
This gives it a clean appearance and links to a TiddlyWiki that I have
defined.
This way people don't bounce from your site, which is something I was
thinking about after I asked for help to an external link.

Here is a Banner I REALLY LIKE, the Version 5.1.7 at TWDotCom
<https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-8Dtt5voElO0/VJfR4geWOBI/AAAAAAAADNk/1mZRYPPq9eg/s1600/Cool%2BBanner.png>
Could we get a banner like the 'Version 5.1.7' that said 'Powered by
TiddlyWiki - with an internal link to [[Powered by TiddlyWiki]]'?
That way we don't lose the person to another site and we can have a
consistent Tiddler that promotes TW to the world.

What do you guys think?
