Completely agree. It would be best if this was wrapped in a plugin with
the following config/plugin option-fields:

"activate ribbon" (true/false)
"ribbon text" (default: "powered by tiddlywiki")
"ribbon link" (default: "tiddlywiki.com")
"ribbon color": default gray or red or whatever

Otherwise its too complicated to motivate users to include the ribbon. I
think the new GettingStarted form could come with a checkbox "support tw
by activating the ribbon".

Yes ribbon and topbar need to peacefully graphically coexist somehow :)
