Regarding Portableapps - which I don't think was commented on in this thread but in some other threads, but it seems relevant here:
People should know I proposed <https://portableapps.com/node/21453> TW for Portable apps in their forum several years ago. The reply was basically that they only wanted apps that had specific purposes. So, if anyone considers proposing it for their suite, it is actually better to propose "TW editions", i.e customized TWs for specific applications.
