*"Bypass" for Sub-Modules Issue in PowerShell*

One issue I wanted to mention is that if you use dependent modules, like we 
do with the new ini parser, *"bypass" is not active for that particular 
script.* I'm unclear whether we can dynamically override its net origin in 
the script istelf?

Maybe we should do it via a PS command line in the polly.bat? Its silent so 
the user would not need to get scared?
