I wrote an experimental crude batch file that tries to deal with the two levels of permissions needed for PS script running. "Bypass" is relatively easy. "-executiion-policy" where it is "Restricted" needs explicit action to change it, and often, elevated priveledge. I'm doubtful about including it in a release. I wrote it for testing permissions. And to quickly "Unblock" updated module you send me.
