Yes, I had the same frustrating issue! Using Node.js to generate singular Tiddlys is not a beginner-friendly method (see an old post of mine here <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tiddlywiki/yM2y92NJEZQ/rHKrQ1U-aWcJ> ).
